Overview

As a Talent Partner you’ll be a key member of the Talent team with a focus on delivering exceptional talent, at all levels whilst keeping candidate and hiring manager experience front and centre of what you do whilst fostering internal relationships & improving upon Playsides employer branding.

Working closely with the hiring leads, you will manage the end to end recruitment process from advertising roles, sourcing, interviewing and providing process solutions.

Ultimately, this role will manage our recruitment strategy and process to ensure we’re set up to hire the best talent to meet our company’s current and future needs.

Responsibilities:

Find, engage and activate, high quality, talented individuals via a combination of, headhunting, networking and alternative search techniques
Manage the full recruitment life cycle to ensure hiring managers are able to fairly identify and select the strongest candidates
Build and develop relationships with the internal hiring teams and stakeholders
Scheduling candidate calls and face to face interviews and ensuring all candidates receive an exceptional experience
Autonomy to make your own impact with the support to help it happen
Employer Branding - Playing a key role working with a team in externally promoting and driving Playsides public profile.
Recruiting by all available tools and techniques, including social media, job boards, networks
Work closely with the Talent Manager to improve upon the recruitment processes, making suggestions for improvements on them as we scale
Guide leaders to take greater accountability for engaging talent, ensuring a focus on diversity and inclusion in talent practices.
Work closely with the Team Lead to dive deep into data and metrics to analyze, report out, and make decisions on how to optimize recruiting strategy to deliver results.
Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes to make it as seamless as possible.)
Keep track of your recruiting metrics to share with Team Lead to collate to report to the board monthly (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
Regularly attend industry events & represent PlaySide to the best of your ability.
Assist in coaching Resources in find talent when able

Specific Attributes, Skills, Qualifications & Experience:


Track record of hiring exceptional talent, ideally with experience in the gaming industry
Excellent sourcing techniques and experience engaging and activating passive candidates
Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques
An advocate for continuously improving candidates' experience and inclusive hiring practices
Confident communicator, understands how best to adapt their approach to the relevant audience.
Team player - Maintains a positive problem solving attitude. Builds strong relationships within and beyond the team and is comfortable with a fast paced working environment
Proven experience of improving employer branding in a niche space from scratch
Experience managing a high volume of roles at once across a range of disciplines
Resource, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Some experience in liaising and consulting with Senior Stakeholders
Ability to foster collaborative and cohesive relationships at all levels
Experience using Recruitment and Selection assessments, tools, systems and technology
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in order to achieve agreed outcomes in a timely manner
Ability to utilise data and reporting to enable data driven insights
