About the role:
Sodexo is seeking a suitably qualified and highly motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our Building Maintenance team within the Pilbara region. Your primary responsibility will be to plan and implement preventative and corrective maintenance programs while providing advice and support to work teams to address facilities maintenance work in a productive manner. The position on offer is FIFO (flights from Perth). This role is permanent, full-time position with Sodexo. Please note that rosters will vary due to the current climate.
Key duties include:
Effectively supervise the employee relations and management of your work crew and ensure employees are trained and held accountable for their tasks
