This Melbourne CBD based role as a Recruitment Principal Client Partner is on offer for $80,000-$100,000 per annum.
Your new role
As an experienced Recruitment Consultant you will be able to make an immediate impact with your skills and knowledge. Partnering with a diverse group of people, on a day to day you will be;
Managing the recruitment process for a range of contract roles ranging across multiple business units
Connecting and proactively engaging with current contractors, managing weekly timesheets, contract extensions and handling any queries
Working with hiring managers to understand their current and future talent needs, sourcing candidates whose skills and values align with these opportunities
Develop genuine relationships with hiring managers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders
Collaborate with the Hays agency-based consultants for external sourcing strategies and market insights
What you'll need to succeed
You will be confident in your recruitment skills, and already be operating at a Section Manager (or above) or Principal Client Partner level in the Hays business. Along with this we know you are;
Confident at building partnerships and engaging with a senior level of internal and external stakeholders
Have excellent communication skills and the tact to manage complex situations
Highly motivated and able to work autonomously in a dynamic work environment
Able to utilise your critical thinking and influencing skills to work with stakeholders to consider solutions
Passionate about delivering service excellence and proactively partnering with hiring managers to understand their current and future requirements.
