Job Description: AI Technologist at Stern Migration and Legal

Role Overview:
We are seeking an innovative and skilled AI Technologist to join our forward-thinking team at Stern Migration and Legal. This role combines expertise in artificial intelligence with an understanding of legal processes to enhance our services and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to automate legal document processing and analysis
- Collaborate with legal professionals to identify areas where AI can improve efficiency and accuracy
- Design and maintain machine learning models for legal text classification and information extraction
- Create and manage databases of legal precedents and case law for AI-assisted research
- Implement natural language processing techniques to enhance legal document search and retrieval
- Develop AI-powered chatbots to assist with client inquiries and basic legal guidance
- Ensure all AI systems comply with data protection regulations and ethical guidelines
- Continuously evaluate and improve the performance of AI systems
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and legal technology
- Provide training and support to staff on the use of AI tools in legal practice

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- Proven experience in developing AI and machine learning solutions, preferably in a legal context
- Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks
- Familiarity with natural language processing and text analysis techniques
- Understanding of legal processes and terminology
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical staff
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team

Working Hours:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Occasional flexibility may be required for project deadlines or system maintenance
