- Co-ordinate, manage and promote early career development practices to achieve success through excellent stakeholder relationships and continuous service improvement activities for the region including, but not limited to:
- Co-ordination and management of the annual graduate/cadet intake, in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition Team, to ensure intake is aligned to business requirements.
- Serve as the point of contact for all graduate related activities.
- Co-ordinating interim/final assessments for completion of graduate and cadet development programmes and feeding outputs into the operational promotions process.
- Develop and maintain as required and regular reports, briefing notes and correspondence on the development/progress of skill assessments, technical training completion, KPIs and metrics.
- Co-ordinating events, workshops/sessions and resources through collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams to support a diverse array of professional development opportunities
- Support and facilitate (as required) the delivery of internal development activities/sessions
- Proactively develop and sustain stakeholder relationships across the business to ensure successful delivery and development of Early Careers.
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
- Comply with the requirements of Turner & Townsend’s Business Management Systems including Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Management associated with the role and position within the company.
