We are in search of a highly organized and meticulous Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Cakeman Co Pty Ltd is a bustling bakery, patisserie, and cafe situated in Lane Cove, catering to the community and its surroundings since 2016. We also distribute pastries to areas in Brookvale and North Ryde.
The position primarily focuses on marketing and communication endeavors to elevate our sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
?Planning, coordinating, and overseeing all digital platforms, social media, and paid media advertising and campaigns to effectively target our desired markets. This entails strategizing the optimal platforms for advertising, crafting compelling content, and analyzing campaign performance for optimization, while also gathering data on customer preferences.
?Managing updates to the public website and other digital platforms to ensure our online presence remains dynamic and pertinent. This includes consistently posting fresh content, updating product details, and enhancing user experience through responsive design and intuitive navigation. By proactively managing the website, we aim to attract and retain more visitors, ultimately leading to increased conversions.
?Coordinating marketing materials such as artwork, media scripting, and media placement across diverse channels like blogs, Instagram, Facebook community, and UberEats demands meticulous attention to detail and creative flair. By diversifying marketing efforts, we aim to reach a broader audience and drive engagement.
?Drafting marketing documents outlining objectives, target audience, key messages, and success metrics to align all stakeholders and ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.
?Organizing and overseeing the creation of visually captivating content that resonates with our audience, including video and photography shoots.
?Engaging in strategic planning with sales teams and management to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies encompassing seasonal promotions such as Christmas specials, New Year offers, Valentine's Day promotions, weddings, birthdays, and other special occasions. Analyzing consumer trends and preferences, tailoring our campaigns to meet their needs, and differentiating our brand from competitors.
?Providing insights on competitor product information, market pricing, and promotional activities to stay informed and adjust our strategies accordingly. Monitoring the competition to identify market gaps, capitalize on emerging trends, and distinguish our brand to inform pricing decisions, promotional tactics, and overall market positioning.
?Supervising online sales and promotions to boost e-commerce transactions involves monitoring website traffic, analyzing conversion rates, and optimizing the user journey for a seamless shopping experience.
About You:
?Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business, or a related field.
?Demonstrated expertise in marketing coordination.
?2 – 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
?A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the absence of a bachelor's qualification.
?Proficient in written and verbal communication.
?Mastery of digital marketing tools and platforms.
?Possess a creative mindset with a keen attention to detail.
Remuneration:
?Competitive salary between $70,000-$80,000 p.a.
