Our online shop caters to a variety of customers, offering exquisite bouquets and a diverse selection of plants for delivery. We also manage recurring flower arrangements for loyal clients and handle large-scale orders for special occasions such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and other significant holidays.
As our full-time Florist, you will be responsible for the following:
• Craft beautiful floral arrangements that reflect creativity and attention to detail.
• Organise the supply and storage of flowers, greenery, decorations, and other items to ensure freshness and availability.
• Assist and advise customers to select flowers and plants, trim and prune as required, and arrange flowers and other materials to create captivating designs.
• Pack, wrap and coordinate delivery to customers.
• Handle financial transactions
• Assist with fulfilling orders from our online store, ensuring that each luxurious bouquet and plant delivery meets our high standards of quality.
• Manage large-scale floral arrangements for recurring clients and handle high-demand periods for special events
• Manage pricing of bouquets according to flower content and keeping up with dynamic market price changes.
• Work effectively with team members and demonstrate team management skills to help operate projects smoothly.
• Demonstrate exceptional skills in treating flowers to extend their life and maintain their beauty.
• Effectively manage the supply chain, ensuring a seamless process from flower selection to delivery.
Successful Candidate Criteria:
• A level of skill commensurate with an AQF Certificate IV or AQF Certificate III including at least two years’ relevant experience or, at least three years of relevant experience in lieu of formal qualifications.
• Strong organisational Skills
• Superior customer service skills
• Strong teamwork abilities with experience in leading or managing a team.
