THE ROLE
As the Electrical Superintendent, you will be pivotal in managing and supporting our Power Projects team, which is working on HV substations for renewable energy projects in NSW/ACT. Your expertise will be instrumental in project management , field resource allocation, quality management, constructability review, and regular productivity reporting.
This role will require FIFO/DIDO on a 10:4 roster with LAHA /site uplift. This hands-on role will provide leadership and support to our technicians in the field and involve training, auditing, and escalations to achieve zero harm, safe systems of work, and quality and performance objectives. The role will be based predominantly in regional NSW and require travel to the ACT; a tool of the trade vehicle will form part of the offer.
