About the role
At McNab our HSE Business Partners genuinely partner with the Construction and Department Managers to ensure McNabs Safety First culture and leadership standards are implemented and take full responsibility to drive Safety for the Business.
Key responsibilities will include
Drive and demonstrate safety leadership with the site team as early as possible to ensure everyone understands, believes and connects with safety on a personal level.
Work with the project team to identify and implement strategies that ensure our subbies and direct workers want to do the right thing and be safe at work.
Take ownership and seek opportunities to develop their own technical and safety leadership development.
Understand the HSE Advisors (and greater teams) knowledge, skills and gaps. Provide education, support and advice to assist them in fulfilling their role responsibilities.
