Focussing on staff development & training, transferring of knowledge and the implementation of the best practice including preventative maintenance plans and general plant systems and process.
Attracting, hiring and supporting a factory based team, and their reports.
Implementing KPIs to deliver on safety, productivity, OEE, quality and operational improvement.
