WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING As the Risk Officer, you will support the organisation to ensure risks are assessed, controlled, monitored, escalated and reported on, in line with risk policies and guidelines. You will work with internal stakeholders across a range of risk management activities and assist with maintaining Coal LSLs enterprise risk management system. You will:
Support periodic reviews of risk profiles to ensure they reflect the current risk environment.
Analyse risk involved with the organisation's internal processes, systems and people.
Maintain risk registers.
Assist with preparing risk reporting for the ARCC and Board.
Build relationships and networks to be a trusted risk adviser.
Partner with the internal stakeholders in a friendly and approachable manner.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the risk management framework, processes and culture.
