About the role
EnergyAustralia is seeking a highly motivated, organised and detail focused Team Coordinator to join our organisation.
You will provide support to the Energy Projects Executive, along with their broader teams. Your responsibilities will include:
Extensive diary management, and day-to-day assistance for three Heads of business
Coordination of meetings, workshops and department forums for the wider teams
Attending department meetings, documenting minutes and proactively following up on action points.
Key administration support including travel bookings, purchasing and expense management.
Assisting Operations and Projects Executive Assistant in periods of leave
