On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Senior Area Manager to manage a portfolio of client sites ensuring the effective delivery of services. Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the administration of services across the sites.
This includes (but is not limited to) high level management of the recruitment and training function across all client sites in NSW, VIC and QLD, working closely with the Area Managers and onsite team to ensure the highest quality of customer service and implementation of best practice processes across all areas of the business.
Role Responsibilities:
? Providing high level administrative and operational support on matters such as staff management, facilities management and financial planning
? Work closely with the team to identify challenges faced, working with the Area Managers to undertake strategic planning and implement effective and long-lasting solutions
? Actively participate in new business, finance meetings and operations meetings
? Maintain strong relationships with clients communicating in a professional manner and ensuring that the standards of all client sites are consistently high
? Manage a portfolio of strata and commercial sites working closely with the onsite team members at each site to deliver a high-quality service to our clients
? Develop and manage the recruitment program to ensure the right people in the right roles across all operational areas of the business
? Develop and manage the overall training and development strategy
? Work closely with the other Area Managers to actively seek to develop and grow operational team members to reach their potential
? Oversee on site team members to ensure all company procedures, safety protocols, and presentation standards are met at all times
? Motivate the team to work to desired standards and reach agreed KPIs
? Openly demonstrating and embracing the company culture in all actions, behaviours and communication (both internally and externally)
Professional Experience, Competencies and Personal Attributes:
? At least a relevant Bachelor level qualification
? At least 2 years of relevant work experience in corporate services, at a similar level of responsibility - with a tendency and desire to develop systems and processes and contribute to their improvement
? Strong people skills and ability build and maintain relationships with staff and clients
? Accountability to ensure team performance and standards are upheld at all times
? Strong time management and organisational skills
? Strong initiative and problem-solving skills, being solutions-focused with a common-sense approach
Salary range: $85,000 - $95,000
