In this role, you'll play a vital role in supporting clients and growing the business. Your responsibilities will include:
Client service excellence: Maintaining and building strong relationships with clients and insurers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Guiding policy administration support in handling all aspects of policy administration, from invoicing to documentation processing.
Risk management: Assisting with risk identification, analysis, and mitigation strategies.
Working with the Claims Manager providing technical advice: Supporting clients throughout the claims process, ensuring smooth resolution.
