About the Role
Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Service Advisor to join our team in Brisbane. This is a Permanent Full Time, Monday to Friday role, located in our Richlands facility.
As a Service Advisor, you will:
Provide a high-quality, cost-effective service that exceeds customer expectations and returns nil customer complaints.
Maintain a high level of customer communication to ensure customers are always informed of quotes/variations/job progress and invoicing.
Ensures segments are closed with appropriate parts, labor and miscellaneous booked to the job to ensure accurate customer invoicing.
Monitor all jobs for quality and efficiency.
Accurately encoding all documentation relevant to the Microsoft AX.
Ensure labor hours have been correctly encoded and that any missing labor hours are accounted for daily. Investigate and action non recoverable labor hours and assist in establishing
