About the Role
We're on the hunt for an IT Support Technician/ Engineer Level 2 who is eager to join the dynamic Caringbah based Motive IT team and support their clients across the full range of Managed IT Services, Cyber Security, VOIP, Business Internet, Modern Workplace System Design, Projects and Hosted Services.
You will have at least 2 year's experience working on a service desk (MSP preferred) managing incidents and service requests through the ticketing system relating to desktop support, infrastructure and security.
