Your New Role
This full-time position is based in Donvale and reports to the Deputy Principal.
Your responsibilities will include:
Oversee and manage the recruitment processes for all vacancies and conduct all offboarding
Manage all required ER/IR related matters
Develop and Implement policies and procedures inline with the organisational values
Act as the Workcover/return to work coordinator
Maintain and update all employee files and records
Support the backup of payroll functions in the absence of the payroll officer
What You'll Need to Succeed
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with staff at all levels.
Excellent relationship-building, coaching, influencing, and consultancy skills.
Proficiency in using various software systems, including MS Office
Qualification in Human Resources
Understanding of EBA/Employee awards
An excellent sense of professional responsibility, including confidentiality
Strong team work ethic

$105,000 - $115,000 + super
