We are exciting to share this role with you. Join a fabulous team of around 8 in this division, managing around 150 strata offices. All properties are within close proximity to the office at South Melbourne. The Role:
As a commercial property manager, your day-to-day duties will include the below;
Manage a portfolio of 150 strata offices
Liaise with business owners and corporations on property matters
Liaise with solicitors on leasing documents & compliance
All property inspections
Arrears management
Knowledge of the legislation
