The Role My client are currently seeking to employ a Commercial Property Claims Specialist in their Sydney office to manage a portfolio of high valued property claims. Your main responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of high valued commercial property claims up to the multimillion-dollar value
Settling claims and making strategic decisions
Negotiating with third parties and service providers and ensuring successful outcomes for all stakeholders
Training and coaching more junior staff members in the team
Acting as a technical referral point for junior members in the team
