AO8 - $88AUD -$90AUD per hour
Work Model: Hybrid/Work From Home, with 3 days in the office.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of an enterprise email marketing solution in line with department standards.
Manage the procurement and implementation of a Customer Experience Management (CXM) platform.
Oversee the rollout of the solution to core users and gather feedback for improvement.
Migrate contacts data from the old system (Vision6) and retire outdated technology.
Drive organizational change through new governance protocols, user training, and communication planning.
Develop resources, checklists, and processes to streamline communication across all channels.
Create and manage an online communications hub (e.g., intranet or SharePoint).
Collaborate with teams to ensure the success of the EEMS project and broader NextGen Communications initiative.
