CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking a skilled CIVIL LEADING HAND with extensive pavement experience to join our clients team for a critical Highway Stabilisation Project based in the St. George area, QLD 4487. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate project activities, ensuring quality and adherence to safety standards.
You will be working a 2 week on / 1 week off Roster, working 10- 12 hours per day, meals and accommodation are provided.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Civil road construction experience advantageous
Proven experience as a Leading Hand in civil construction projects
Blue/White Construction card
Current Drivers Licence and own reliable transport.
Hardworking, reliable, presentable and punctual
Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Commitment to safety and quality standards
