Part-time remote job option Task & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Plan, develop, deploy, and optimise network and system services. Manage configuration and ensure operational readiness of network systems. Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues. Work with remote databases to ensure data integrity and availability. Implement and maintain network and cloud infrastructure tailored for SMBs. Monitor and enhance network security measures, adhering to best practices. Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement cybersecurity strategies. Document network configurations and changes. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field. Proven experience in network and systems engineering. Strong knowledge of network and cloud infrastructure for SMBs. Understanding of cybersecurity requirements and best practices. Experience working with remote databases. Basic knowledge of Python is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Qualification & Experience Preferred Qualifications: Relevant Bachelor diploma (or higher), certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CCNP, Australian Computer Society (ACS) or equivalent. Experience with network monitoring and security tools. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
