Job Description
Mergent Group is looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to work for a well-recognised local manufacturer of rural, mining, and civil infrastructure products. As Customer Service Team Leader you will be proactive in the quality service levels of a strong, repeating customer base, whilst assisting executive leadership with informative reporting and forecasting.
The Customer Service Team Leader is responsible for:
Sharing knowledge of new and existing products
Managing existing customer base and growing the business through relationship selling
Actively seeking to expand territories and increase turnover and grow profit margins; ensure that sales and profit margins exceed budget
Liaise with Consultants, Project managers, Government Authorities, and Group Accounts Personnel
Plan and implement regular customer call cycles to ensure the consistent elevation of the company and its products within your designated territory
