Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our client's call centre team on a temporary basis working full time hours. Your primary role will be to provide initial customer service support, triage customer enquiries and direct them to the appropriate teams. This position is available for an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide quality customer service.
Identify and assess customer enquiries.
Route enquiries to the correct team.
Perform basic administrative duties.
Manage email correspondence.
Skills & Experience:
This is an entry-level position with no prior call centre experience required, however, successful Candidates (at a minimum must be able demonstrate);
Excellent communication skills and articulate phone manner.
