Job Overview: Our client has a large SAP S4 HANA implementation underway and they are embarking on training the Trainers. As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs, and ensuring the smooth delivery of training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Coordination: Coordinate training programs and workshops.
Needs Assessment: Collaborate with department heads and employees to identify training needs and create tailored programs.
Delivery & Facilitation: Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, ensuring engaging and effective delivery.
Tracking & Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, making improvements as needed.
Administrative Support: Maintain training records, handle logistics, and manage the training budget.
