This team is seeking a passionate Educators holding a Diploma or Certificate III to bring the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) to life! If you're ready to inspire curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning in young minds, this role is for you.      About the Role:   Full Time or Part-Time & Flexible arrangements pending the candidate and the hours they are looking for.  Seeking for Diploma & Certificate III Educator | $500 sign on bonus Get paid Up to $35 per hour for Diploma and up to $32 for Certificate III, approx 5-10% above award (pending experience and qualifications).   If needed, availability for care of your own child, with a discount on care rates for employees.   Support the leadership team (Director and others) with the daily running of the service, build on your skillset and opportunity to learn new skills.   Help build those strong stakeholder connections with children, families, the community and others.   Contribute to centre programming, QIP / SAT, continuous improvement, and helping to ensure compliance is maintained.   The Approved Provider understands the importance of Early Childhood Education and likes to reward Educators, where possible.   About the Service:   Supportive Employer: Trusts in the team, available when needed, fostering independence and support, with employee discounts on childcare.   Professional Development: Encourages growth and exploration of unique interests and projects, providing opportunities to innovate and deliver new ideas.  Community-Focused Provider: Strong relationships in a beautiful Newport beachside area, committed to community-minded practices.  Small Service Capacity: Under 30 children daily, ages 18 months (about 1 and a half years) to 6 years, with small groups allowing for meaningful relationships in a relaxed environment.  Year-Round Operation: Celebrations and incentives throughout the year, using Xplor for CCMS with a brief closure over Christmas.    About You:    Qualification of Diploma and Certificate III or working towards both level qualification.  Someone that is passionate about supporting and working with children.  Someone that is collaborative in nature and can work in a small team or independently.  Not required, but desirable to have CHCPRT025 and HLTAID012 (or willing to obtain)  Ideally you have knowledge of child development theories, or a willingness to learn more and extend on your knowledge.   Skilled in effective communication with both children and parents to foster engagement.   Creates inclusive and play-based environments.   Exhibits empathy and patience in understanding children's unique needs.  Child Safeguarding:   Looking for an individual that will understand, adhere to, and promote The National Principles for Child Safe Organisations (the Child Safe Standards).
