The Opportunity:
Techforce are seeking an experienced blue collar recruitment consultant to join our Trades & Labour team, recruiting within the mining and construction sectors. This rare opportunity will allow you to come onboard and work on a desk with desk multiple live vacancies and clients.
Reporting to the Division Manager, you will be:
sourcing, screening and recruiting candidates for positions within a specialised blue collar area.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the right fit for both parties.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on quality and efficiency.
To be considered you must have:
Experience within recruitment as a 360 consultant in labour hire environments will be highly advantageous, in addition to:
