JOB DESCRIPTION
The Wastewater Maintenance Worker will work in collaboration with the Section Leadership Team and in consultation with the community to assist the Water and Wastewater Team in providing an effective water operation and maintenance service to the Townsville community
MAIN DUTIES
The main role is to assist Wastewater Gangers and Vac Truck Operators on jobs. Main duties within the role include:
Office based tasks
Pump Station maintenance
Maintain Wastewater house drains, gravity and pressure mains
Attend to house drain & mainline blockages
Manhole inspection and maintenance
Repairs / Replacement of Manholes
