Acusensus This position reports to the Marketing & Communications Manager. The Customer Engagement and Marketing Support role will engage and support business development and marketing/communications activities.  BenefitsTask & Responsibilities Supporting the Marketing & Communications Manager in the delivery services of existing customers and programs. Supporting the Marketing & Communications Manager with Acusensus communication and marketing material to support new and existing customer engagement.  Research and identify relevant trade shows and industry events for participation and develop and maintain a comprehensive trade show/conference/event calendar. Coordinate with the Marketing & Communications Manager and Customer Engagement team to define objectives, messaging, and materials for each event. Developing effective relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate a streamlined customer journey with Acusensus. Coordinating and supporting Business Managers to ensure accurate and timely submission of reports for existing contracts, projects and grants, including CRM inputs and outputs and monthly CRM Board Report.  Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and market trends in the road safety ITS sector. Analyse market data to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth. Prepare market reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. Monitor industry news, publications, and online sources to stay updated on market developments. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for business expansion. Contribute to organisation wide policy and practice to enhance the customer experience You are required to comply with Acusensus’ established ISO policies and procedures.   This role has pre and post-sale responsibilities that include working with government stakeholders and supporting channel partners. An understanding of, and alignment with Acusensus purpose and values is fundamental to successful performance of this role. Qualification & Experience Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications. Effective team member, provides support to higher level roles, shares knowledge and information and contributes to team meetings. Schedules own work and contributes to work planning. Has flexible and adaptable communication techniques for multiple stakeholders that can create strong relationships and meet required business outcomes, Uses influencing skills effectively.  Uses thorough and advanced professional competence to support customers with problem-solving and decision making about their needs and expectations. Able to effectively deal with sensitive and serious matters, respecting diversity and confidentiality requirements. Able to interact and work with stakeholders. Uses understanding of relationships and needs to recommend changes to approach or communication with customers. Understands the desired outcomes of existing or potential projects and support in its delivery. Addresses and mitigates risk. Contributes to impact, collaboration, integrity and care. Markets and promotes the Acusensus mission and advocacy for road safety initiatives. Approaches own work and problem resolution creatively and flexibly. Supports innovation and creativity at an individual and team level. Resolves problems and foresees consequences. Carries out reporting, documentation and administrative tasks as required.
