Job Description:

We seek a proactive and knowledgeable Consultant - Technical Support to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical assistance and consulting services to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their systems, resolving technical issues, and delivering high customer satisfaction. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, communication skills, and the ability to work independently while solving complex technical problems.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level client support by diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues related to our solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to resolve complex technical issues and escalate cases when necessary.
Offer timely technical consulting to clients, providing clear explanations of solutions and processes.
Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring efficient resolution times and prioritization based on client needs.
Assist with system updates, configurations, and routine maintenance tasks as per client requirements.
Prepare detailed documentation for troubleshooting processes, known issues, and technical support guidelines.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services, as well as emerging technologies in the industry.
Train end-users and internal staff on best practices, system usage, and troubleshooting techniques.
Proactively engage with clients to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any follow-up technical queries.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Good years of experience in a technical support or consulting role.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing tools.
Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS), databases, and cloud services.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to explain complex technical issues in a simple and clear manner.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
