The Senior Manager, Hardship Care is responsible for Managing a team of Hardship Customer Specialists across Australia, New Zealand and Philippines, including a bespoke Financial Counselling Team. They will foster and create a team culture that drives high employee engagement.

Manage staff to key performance indicators and monitor adherence to business and legislative requirements. Complete coaching and quarterly reviews with individual case managers
Leading BAU operations whilst heavily involved in ensuring regulatory obligations are met
Design, develop and manage a suite of operational hardship risk reports and dashboards
Represent Latitude at external forums such as financial counselling conferences or with regulators
Ensure timely completion of deliverables including performance monitoring, portfolio quality review and any other ad hoc deliverables
