Our People Business Partners play a pivotal role in enabling the alignment of Macmahons people strategy with the business strategy and supporting the business to maintain our strategic business principles in the deployment of all HR activities.
As a People Business Partner , you will provide support, advice and coaching to ensure leaders are empowered and equipped to adequately handle all people matters and to facilitate the delivery and application of Macmahons people frameworks and initiatives into the business.
About the role
Based at Head Office, near Perth Airport, on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.
Full time office-based hours, Monday to Friday.
