About the role
As the Admissions Support Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming admission process for new residents and their families. You will be the first point of contact, providing essential information, guidance, and support throughout the admissions journey.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Assist with the coordination of resident admissions, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate
Provide clear and empathetic communication to prospective residents and their families, addressing any questions or concerns
Providing support to the clinical team by arranging meeting facilities and catering for larger meetings and taking minutes
