About the Opportunity
As a Structural Draftsperson, you will be responsible leading the drafting team to ensure the successful preparation of accurate, detailed drawings and plans of structural engineering work encompassing all aspects of concept design in accordance with required standards and in collaboration with the engineering team. This involves co-ordinating with the engineers to create drawings using AutoCAD and Advanced Steel drawing packages
About you
The role is ideal for an experienced drafting designer with experience in overseeing projects from start to finish and undertaking design work and documentation to complete their work.
To be considered for the role you must
* Hold a formal qualification in Design and Drafting or equivalent
* At least 7+ years proven experience in structural drafting in the mining industry.
* Leadership experience preferred
* Proficient in the use of AutoCAD 2D and 3D design and Advanced Steel drawing packages is essential.
