Menulog is currently seeking a full time Account Manager to join our high performing sales team based out of our Sydney head office in Barangaroo. Reporting to the National Manager - Account Management, the Account Manager will be responsible for optimising the growth of a portfolio of high value restaurant partners on the Menulog technology platform.

In this role, we're counting on you to:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of branded independent restaurants on the Menulog e-commerce platform
- Effectively communicate the value proposition to your portfolio of accounts to drive continued order growth on the Menulog ecommerce platform and increase engagement
- Work on proactive initiatives to improve core metrics for each of your accounts
- Coach branded independent restaurant groups and their operational staff on behaviors to provide outstanding customer service (to improve their quality rating), and implement strategies to improve customer experience
- Work with existing accounts to identify further sales opportunities, presenting proposals for new products and upsell the Menulog technology platform
- Support and assist in the onboarding process of new restaurant signings, ensuring that their Menulog account is optimised for success, and that their key stakeholders are fully trained on how to make best use of the platform
- Ensure restaurant partners are aware of the latest Menulog technologies to drive efficiencies, grow their business and maximise potential with Menulog
- Work closely and collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery, implement and devise key marketing initiatives and identify key metrics to help support growth
- Use internal technology platforms (Salesforce etc) to identify key opportunities for restaurant growth and identify opportunities to drive efficiencies
- Create account plans for assigned portfolio to map out growth and service opportunities; compile results and summaries to be used during quarterly business reviews

Can you deliver…
Ready to take the lead? Here is what we need from you:

- 2+ years experience within B2B sales/account management with a critical focus on account growth
- Strong interpersonal, relationship building and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on customer service
- Great verbal and written communication skills, including a high attention to detail and the ability to spot trends and use data to tell a story
- Ability to work at a fast pace in a high growth environment to support accounts, quickly addressing their needs and ensuring issues/challenges are resolved swiftly
- A driven and target focussed attitude; consultative, articulate and hungry for success
- Strong self organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and be available where necessary for travel across ANZ for sales blitz activities and partner meetings

The position will pay a base salary of $70,000 - $80,000 + a variable sales component.
