Customer Service Manager

Due to continued grow in QLD / Brisbane Region, we are looking for the right candidate to join our operations team in the capacity of Full Time Customer Services Manager.

Successful applicant must have:
• Experience in supervision, operational management and customer service in the cleaning industry will be an advantage.
• Time management skills – be highly motivated and organised to meet deadlines
• Effective written and communications skills
• Good computer skills - use of emails, word, excel and / or IT platforms like I auditor and similar will be an advantage
• Minimum relevant diploma qualifications and proven experience in a similar role
Key Responsibilities:
• To supervise/manage cleaning teams at various locations to always ensure quality standards.
• To visit clients and to carry out Quality inspections.
• To implement company policies and procedures at all assigned contracts.
• To be able to work within budgets and to be able to enhance company return on investments.
Our company will offer a salary between 65k to 75k according to the position offered and the experience of the candidate, we will offer a career path and the opportunity to join a vibrant operational team based in Brisbane
