As we continue to expand and grow, we are seeking a capable full-time ICT Support Officer to join our team.
The ICT Support Officer plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure, providing technical assistance and support to staff and guests across our various locations. This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network connectivity, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our IT systems.

Key responsibilities:
? Provide technical support:
o Respond to staff and guest inquiries regarding computer hardware, software, and network issues.
o Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
o Provide guidance on the proper use of IT equipment and software.

? Maintain IT infrastructure:
o Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
o Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
o Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.

? Ensure data security:
o Implement and maintain data backup and recovery procedures.
o Assist in the development and enforcement of IT security policies.
o Educate staff and guests on best practices for data security.

? Contribute to IT documentation:
o Maintain accurate records of IT assets and support requests.
o Assist in the development of user manuals and training materials.

? Other duties as assigned:
o Assist with IT projects as needed.
o Provide on-call support outside of regular business hours as required.
Qualifications:
o A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field is preferred, or at least 3 years of relevant experience.
o At least 2 years of recent experience as an ICT Support or in a similar role, preferably in the labour supply industry or related field.
Skills:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-technical users.
o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o A strong customer service orientation.
Remuneration:
o Base salary: $73,320
o Total remuneration package: $73,320 per annum + superannuation
o Other benefits as per industry standard
