About the Role
Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Service Advisor to join our expanding team in Darwin . This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role working 38 hours per week.
As a Service Advisor , you will:
Act as a liaison between the Service Team, our customers and the corresponding product/mining support representatives by engaging in effective communication on the scope of work, job pricing and timeframes with all parties.
Facilitate invoice clarity and prompt payment by ensuring segments have accurate and complete parts, labour, miscellaneous charges, and work descriptions before closing.
Create and maintain records within the Asset Tracker system to ensure all movements of customers and HDAL assets are accurately recorded.
Ensure customer requirements are accurately captured and communicated to the Service team through monitoring, following up and maintaining high attention
