Core Duties:
Collaborate with business units, participate in strategic planning, and implement key HR initiatives
Engage in local M&A and global HR projects, ensuring smooth operations and HR governance
Assist with Employee Relations, maintain communication with employees, provide HR advice, and address issues like conflict resolution
Assist with workforce planning, recruitment, and manage employment documentation
Support managers with performance management including performance planning, set up improvement plans, and implement training programs
Ensure HR practices comply with regulations and assist in policy development
