The role
MidCoast Councils Communication, Engagement and Marketing team has an opportunity for a Communications Support Officer to support the team by providing administrative support. Duties include inbox management, content updates across our website platforms, monitoring website feedback and triaging customer requests for action. The role will also have a focus on delivering high quality customer service to internal stakeholders.
Your ability to understand and navigate content management systems coupled with strong organisational skills will be integral in supporting our team to deliver accurate and engaging content for our diverse audiences.
What you'll bring
High level administration experience, including within content management systems
A customer-focused attitude and the ability to work collaboratively to achieve team goals
A genuine interest in working within the communications sector and an aptitude to learn new systems quickly
