Role Description
Exciting opportunity for a Accounts Payable Officer Position for an well-known and award winning organisation based in Botany. You will be joining a supportive and close knit team, where each staff member is valued for their individual contribution to the team. Ideally, you will be able to start as soon as possible.
Please note: you must be in Sydney and able to work in the Head-Office (located in Botany) to apply. There is also an opportunity to work at the Huntingwood location. Ideally, this role will be situated in Huntingwood and then permanently based in Botany following the temp period.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Entering invoices into the system / assisting to maintain AP Inbox Entering purchase orders into the system Processing invoices Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders Responding to queries from fellow employees Other ad hoc tasks
