About the role
Reporting to the National HR Manager, InfraBuild Manufacturing, we currently have an opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join our team based in Newcastle. As the successful candidate, you will deliver on the HR Business plan and interact regularly with the local business leadership team and the broader HR community.
You will be required to:
Foster strong relationships and deliver HR support and advise across the business;
Provide operational HR support and guidance to leaders and employees;
Provide support and answer queries from the business related to HR policies;
Support managers and the recruitment team to recruit, retain & onboard talent within the Infrabuild guidelines and DOA.
Coordinate and manage the resolution of workplace issues, ensuring appropriate consultation and communication with appropriate parties
Build and foster positive working relationships with unions
