We are seeking an experienced sales agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record selling off-the-plan properties. You will be responsible for showcasing a portfolio of well-built and well-priced stock to prospective buyers, providing exceptional customer service, and closing sales to achieve targets.
You will have:
Proven track record in sales.
Minimum 2 years of real estate experience selling off-plan projects.
Be a solid closer and confident of 4 - 6 sales per month
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
