TEN Recruitment is currently taking applications for a Construction Project Manager to work on commercial construction projects worth up to $40m.
Essential criteria:
5 years experience managing large scale commercial projects such as, apartments, education, aged care, hotel etc.
Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management or another relevant field.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite products and project management software.
Proven ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communications.
Strong negotiation, dispute resolution and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work to strict deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
