About the Role:
As an FOI officer you'll be at the forefront of managing customer-facing email accounts, handling sensitive information, and performing the initial triage and assessment of customer inquiries. Your role will be pivotal in investigating and drafting internal reviews, managing FOI requests, and facilitating responses to subpoenas and discovery.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct investigations and draft internal reviews and cases for delegate decision.
Manage and coordinate responses to FOI requests, subpoenas, and discovery.
Facilitate the clearance of internal FOI reviews through appropriate channels.
Assess and triage customer inquiries through various mailbox channels.
Work collaboratively within a small team and across the section to achieve shared goals.
