Your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Account management
Servicing and developing existing customer base
Co-ordinating with internal departments
Responding to all phone/email sales enquiries in a timely manner
Preparing sales reports
Maintaining and expanding customer relationships
Successfully meeting and exceeding KPIs
Increase market share
Proactive outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to generate sales activity
Ensuring customer base are regularly updated with product information and new promotions
Identifying new business opportunities and actively following up potential customers
To be successful in this role, a proven track record in a Sales role is essential.
