Job Description
This position will play a critical role in providing financial support for the company?s procurement activities, including understanding their impacts on the financial results of company. This role liaises across multiple functions and coordinates the flow of information between multiple levels of management. This position will work closely with Procurement, Finance , Operations and Accounting to ensure procurement transactions are accurately planned, approved and reported.
Responsibilities:
Perform monthly closing routines, including preparation and posting of regular and ad-hoc journals, reporting of results and account reconciliations.
Lead monthly financial performance reviews with the Procurement function, analysing purchase price variances (PPV) and conducting price/volume mix analyses.
Lead the development of the monthly performance forecast and conduct financial trend and variance analysis reporting.
