This successful Queensland-based company that operates in a niche sector is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their small head office team on a permanent full-time basis. The role will be based in their Fortitude Valley head offices, which are located close to public transport connections.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Full function Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Assisting with payroll
Assisting with month-end tasks
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will meet the following requirements:
Previous experience working in a similar role
Recent experience working on MYOB or other similar systems
Excellent communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
