Varied role that supports the administration of sales / customer service, procurement / logistics, warehouse, production and general office functions.
This global company with 20 offices is privately owned and is experiencing growth within the Australian market, especially within WA. They have a focus on training and internal career progress, so will consider those who may not “tick all the boxes”.
The role allows you to be involved in all aspects of the business while undertaking a variety of tasks.
• Processing of quotes, invoices and orders
• Answering calls and directing calls as appropriate
• Data entry, filing, copying
• Maintaining the Customer Relationship Management system
• Updating and maintain policies and procedures
• Be or become the recognised expert with the Enterprise Resource Planning system (SAP)
• Be across all positions at the Canning Vale office and be able to offer suggestions for improvements
What do you need to be considered?
• A “can do” attitude and a thirst for learning
• The ability to communicate your knowledge to others
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Be able to prioritise and handle multiple tasks
• Competent with the M365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
• Be comfortable asking questions and know that the only “stupid” questions are those that aren’t asked.
