Salary: $74,000 + superannuation
Job Title: Full Time Cafe or Restaurant Manager
• Organize daily restaurant operations for the exterior and rear end. Ensure top-notch client service and increase the quality of satisfaction.
• Address consumer issues promptly and precisely.
• Collaborating with chefs to design menus.
• Coordinating and planning special events within our organisation.
• Inspect the quality of the product regularly and look into new suppliers. Manage and oversee shift patterns.
• Evaluate employee productivity and give suggestions to boost output.
• Calculate the projected consumption of food, basic utensils, and cleaning supplies. Make sure that all safety and sanitary rules are followed.
• Maintain the restaurant's positive reputation and offer ideas for improvement.
• Monitor operating expenses and find ways to reduce wastage.
• Make thorough documentation of your monthly and yearly earnings and expenditures.
• Use culinary gatherings and expression marketing to raise brand awareness in the locality. Provide suggestions for how to attract a larger audience (e.g., through offers and Digital ads).
• Train new hires and existing staff the best customer service approaches.
• Establish procedures and guidelines that will support ongoing business operations.
Experience/Skills
• Diploma or minimum a Bachelor in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years Restaurant Manger experience in a similar fast paced environment
• Passion for customer care.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
